Q: Can I place a contact order over the phone?
A: Yes, with a current prescription we are able to take contact lens orders over the phone.

Q: What is your Falls Church location near?
A: Our Falls Church location is located in Graham Park Plaza directly off of Arlington Blvd/Route 50 and the intersection of Graham Road.

Q: Doesn’t my vision insurance cover everything?
A: Vision insurance typically covers your routine eye exam and materials; such as, glasses or contacts. Any medical testing or office visits would be submitted to a patient’s medical insurance.

Q: How long does an exam take?
A: A routine eye exam typically lasts 30 minutes. For any contact lens wearers the exams take 40 minutes.

Q: Does your practice have Ophthalmologists?
A: No, but we have a network of Ophthalmologists we can refer you to see as needed.
